Mothleaf products are digital: ebooks, printables and templates. Once your payment clears, you get an email with your download links, and the same links appear on the order confirmation page. Nothing is shipped.

Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, or use Find my order with your email address and order number.

The ebooks are PDF files, so any PDF reader works: on a computer, a tablet or a phone. They have clickable bookmarks for each chapter. The pages are laid out at US Letter or A4 size (both are included), which reads best on a computer or tablet; on a phone or a small e-reader the text will be small. They are not EPUB or Kindle files.

Yes, for your own personal use: print a planner every month, a worksheet for every project, or an ebook to read on paper. Please don't resell or share the files themselves.

Printables and ebooks come in US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4 (210 × 297 mm) where the listing says so. Pick the one that matches the paper in your printer, and print at 100% or "Actual size".

If a file won't open, is missing pages, has a mistake in it, or isn't what the listing described, write to us and we will fix it or send a corrected file. If we can't make it right, ask for a refund: refunds are reviewed and issued by the shop's human owner.
